As a Business Development Manager on the Property Management team you are responsible for networking and driving potential residents to our communities in Jacksonville, Florida. You will play a critical role in increasing occupancy and the overall financial success of the properties assigned. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with an outgoing, ambitious, and dynamic sales personality.

What You Will Do:

  • Define the sales process and develop efficient and creative sales strategies that drive new lease opportunities.
  • Analyze and develop reports to identify opportunities within the territory for sales and revenue growth objectives.
  • Actively network with potential residents in the Jacksonville area.
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Continually refine processes and strategies to stay in front of potential residents.
  • Partner with the leasing team to close leads and increase occupancy.
  • Represent the LINK brand in a professional and positive manner.

About You:

  • Highly motivated self-starter that performs consistently in a fast-paced environment with excellent quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Expert sales and negotiating skills, confident and effective in developing and maintaining relationships.
  • Highly skilled in sales growth planning and in providing accurate sales forecasts.
  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
