- Utilizes a proven sales call process to identify prospective customers through a question-based interaction
- Identifies and develops new customer relationships that offer solutions, which utilize the Q Carriers portfolio of freight logistics services
- Develops a thorough knowledge of the market enabling you to competitively sell our freight logistics services to our customers
- Builds relationships and collaborates internally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 or related software
- Ability to quickly learn the organization’s internal Transportation Management System (TMS) and provider websites
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
- 1-2 years of inside sales, account management, or cold calling preferred
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
