Responsible for the development and performance of operations and account activities at assigned location. Directs staff and provides leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the company footprint

·Provide development of business plans and strategies that ensures attainment of company goals and profitability.

·Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective people management and development.

·Helps identify business trends, forecast and preparation of annual sales budget.

·Responsible for P&L and business growth.

·Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to create strong relationships with clients and partners.

·Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

·Assists in preparation of proposals and presentations as needed.

·Controls expenses on safety, cost, productivity, quality, and delivery to meet budget guidelines.

·Sets KPIs for teams to drive business growth.

·Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

·Must have good communication and negotiation skills

·Be able to work in a team and also motivate others, confident and willing to work hard

Specific Requirements:

1. Experience in medical device industry. With a professional network.

2. Experience in sterile packaging environment.

3. Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.

4. Strong leadership with good people management & development skills.

5. Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.

6. Proven problem solver

7. Good knowledge of project management and execution
