Job Summary

The Satellite Cardiac Clinical Assistant is responsible for providing direct or indirect care, under the supervision of a physician based on their scope of training to patients who present with urgent, emergent or potential health problems as well as preventive care. Services provided will include, but are not limited to, general patient care, assistance with procedures, documentation of activities and patient/family education. The Satellite Cardiac Clinical Assistant will provide care utilizing established principles and ethical standards as well as policies and procedures established by Deaconess.This position requires either a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and/or Exercise Science, or a certification from an accredited medical assisting course, or an LPN license from applicable state.

This position requires travel to various satellite locations.

Current applicable state license as a licensed practical nurse.

Current certification from one of the below:

Must have a valid driver's license

BLS CPR provider certification required
