Our law firm is looking for a civil attorney who is ready to represent our existing client base. The ideal candidate will work closely with the firm’s clients, administrative staff, and legal team You’ll also be responsible for performing legal research, drafting documents, and keeping client files up to date. If you’ve successfully completed law school, passed the state bar exam, and are seeking a full-time opportunity to practice law with plenty of room for growth we would like the opportunity to talk with you.

Requirements

• Must be a member of State Bar of California
• Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a law firm enviroment
• Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
• Candidates must have exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence and trial strategy with outstanding written and oral advocacy skills.
• Candidates will be well-organized and able to independently manage a caseload where all work is time-sensitive.
• Must be able to handle case load with little supervision.
• Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills a must.
• Knowledge of local and state discovery rules, trial procedures, and applicable substantive law commensurate with level of experience
• Experience presenting and cross-examining lay and expert witnesses

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
