Right now, we are looking for a Construction Sales Representative to join Elex core team part-time and grow with us into an incredible career opportunity. The person will focus on delivering:

• New construction and remodel projects in the luxury residential market
• Retrofitting projects for large commercial and public spaces

Your daily adventures will include:

• Generating leads through networking, marketing, calling
• Create relationships with potential clients
• Deliver warm bid invites
• Bid jobs (rough estimation skills)*
• Close bids
• Analyse key performance indices and find solutions to improve
• Work closely with management team

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry
• Be a hustler, not stopping after 10 obstacles a day
• Outstanding communication skills
• Be organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated
• Critical thinking
• It's preferred if Candidate already has some warm contacts in the construction industry
