Looking for a very professional, high energy experienced, FLEXIBLE sabre travel agent skilled at providing exceptional traveler care to corporate clients during after hours as well as Saturday and Sunday. You will be responsible for providing strong customer service to multiple corporate accounts using Sabre Red. Must be flexible to work any shift.

• Accomplished at complex ticketing and exchanges
• Ensure customer traveler profiles and details are accurate
• Demonstrate commitment to customers, provide unsurpassed service by understanding, anticipating, and exceeding their expectations.
• Proficient in Domestic and International travel
• Be comfortable in dealing with situations that are highly complex
• Always operate with a sense of urgency and interest and convey that to the traveler
• Be highly productive in a self-directed work environment
• Work well under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with customer is essentia
• Ensure customer traveler profiles and details are accurate
• Demonstrate commitment to customers, provide unsurpassed service by understanding, anticipating, and exceeding their expectations.
• Act with integrity and confidentiality and protect sensitive information

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 5+ years domestic and international corporate travel consulting required
Sabre GDS system experience is REQUIRED

Ability to work with multiple e-mail boxes

Designated home office space REQUIRED (newer computer system a plus)
