An opening currently exists for a full-time (40 hours a week) Human Resources Coordinator in our Human Resources Department. The responsibilities include: coordinating employee events, scheduling interviews, checking references, tracking FMLA, maintaining personnel files, certifying licensures, coordinating orientation, and other duties as assigned. Candidate must be willing to learn and maintain HR software.
Preferred candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field with prior HR experience. Applicant must have excellent oral and written communication skills, be competent in Microsoft Office Suite, and exhibit exceptional organizational skills, with attention to details.
