We have an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Huron, SD location.

The CSR position provides critical customer contact and customer retention. Primary duties include answering the phone; interact and assist customers with placing orders; input orders into database; coordinate deliveries and shipments; maintain price lists for customers, generate & distribute weekly; communicate with corporate pricing, formulation and address any customer needs along with any plant requirements; all other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates will possess excellent customer service, phone and communication skills, along with good computer and basic math skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with two years’ experience in a customer service-related field. Previous experience in an Ag related industry is beneficial.
