We are looking for a Senior Services Customer Care Representative that will make a great first impression over the phone with families who are in need. Working in the senior services industry, MarketizeIt’s mission is to show empathy and care for families who are looking to make funeral plans and funeral arrangements in advance.

Candidates must possess empathy, professionalism, great work ethic and humility. Some level of sales experience, sales training or sales background is a must for this job. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate with the families we serve, their team leads, teammates and possess the ability to effectively solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; all while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Candidates that do well in this environment possess the gift of talking to anyone in any situation, are highly organized and take well to coaching and accountability (the ability to follow through successfully on a commitment). The candidate is not afraid of setting personal goals for themselves and having a willingness to compete in a healthy manner with other teammates.
