Bitmain is seeking Data Center Operator to join our growing organization.
In the Date Center Operator position, you will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties such as install, uninstall, troubleshoot, monitoring the facility equipment to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform highly diversified duties of server install, uninstall, troubleshoot and repair to reach operational KPI.
• Daily operation and data monitoring of mining equipment and providing daily reports for operations and maintenance of machines and equipment.
• The physical supervision of mining machines and network equipment, checking and logging temperature and humidity, ensuring the servers are running well
• Ensuring the asset safety by assisting onsite asset asset tagging and logging, performing asset inventory on a regular basis and producing asset report
• Analyzing the needs and problems of mining farm operation and helping to boost the efficiency of operation

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Solid knowledge and skills in computer and network
• Capable to perform the basic data analysis and proficient at office software
• Fast learner, good communicator, team player, problem solver with excellent customer service skills
• Hard worker and able to work in shifts and willing to long-term travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in computer science, information technology and network is preferred
• Working experience in date center operation is preferred
• Knowledge or strong interest in the blockchain is preferred
• Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin is preferred
