Illumination Works, LLC is looking for a Mid-Level Data Scientist w/Data Engineering, who is a senior expert with extensive knowledge and experience developing and applying analytic methodologies and principles to address client needs. The key responsibilities of a Mid-Level Data Scientist w/Data Engineering include:

• Leads the application of analytic techniques and helps define project objectives and strategic direction
• Responsible for providing leadership and vision to client and project teams around the methodology
• Resolves complex problems, which require an in-depth knowledge of analytic methodologies and principles
• Sources and loads data, organizes it, performs analytics and performs some level of machine learning

Key skills we look for include:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Secret Clearance (this requires US Citizenship)
• 8 years of experience with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, or Engineering
• OR 5 years’ with a PhD in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, or Engineering
• Acceptable candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background screen
