Job Description :

AMSOIL INC. is searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for Paid Media to join our team! This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and supporting the execution of AMSOIL marketing strategy on paid media platforms (primarily Google and Microsoft) for marketing campaigns. This position will play a key role in supporting the Marketing team in delivering strong sales growth, strategic communications, and achievement of overall business objectives. This is a hybrid position with the requirement to report to the office in Superior, WI at least two days per week.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through revenue-driving web traffic to AMSOIL commerce properties and qualified lead generation to B2B web properties.
  • Lead strategy, management, and analysis for paid media campaigns that include but are not limited to paid search, shopping ads, display, remarketing, and video across multiple channels.
  • Monitor performance daily and continually seek optimization of paid media campaigns.
  • Manage significant ad spend responsibly across multiple accounts and share performance reports of marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing team overseeing SEO, social media, and Email on campaign execution and marketing objectives.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on paid media and digital marketing, educating others on tactics and objectives to achieve desired business results.
  • Assist business partners in drawing insights on paid media performance; utilize industry trends, business environment and campaign results.
  • Coordinate and/or partner with internal resources on the creation of digital ad assets (copy, display images, video).
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Business degree with Marketing focus or related field preferred.
  • 5 or more years of related digital marketing experience required, with emphasis in assigned channel preferred.
  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns and understanding digital analytics.
  • Experience with Shopping Ads, Merchant Center management, and product data feed optimization.
  • A team-player and self-starter.
  • demonstrating openness to feedback and coaching, and well organized.
  • High attention to detail, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to execute projects end-to-end, on time and within budget, under general direction in a highly dynamic, collaborative, and matrixed environment.
  • Curious and eagerness to learn to stay current on industry trends and tools, and about new trends and new business opportunities.
  • Experience tracking online campaigns and summarizing results and recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing omni-channel paid media programs for a direct-to-consumer, international ecommerce brand.
  • Experience managing paid media program in support of B2B lead generation.
  • Experience managing large budgets in support of digital advertising.
  • Experience with pixels/custom goal configurations in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
