No previous healthcare experience required (outside of required certification) training provided. Must be a certified Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, or LVN

This includes initiating and drafting correspondence; recording minutes of meetings and telephone conference calls; compiling information and preparing summary

Basic Function: *Represent the Service Department for all incoming customer calls. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
