Job Summary:

The English Instructor is responsible for creating and implementing the curriculum for adult second language learners and English testing required for USCIS. This involves speaking, writing, listening, and comprehension skills. The primary responsibility is to guide candidates through IELTS testing to gain eligibility to work and live in the United States.

Job Tasks:

• Prepare, revise, and deliver course content
• Develop, prepare, and utilize relevant supplementary materials to enhance the online learning environment
• Assess healthcare professionals' ability to execute lesson plans to enhance knowledge
• Develop, prepare, and utilize relevant supplementary materials to enhance the online learning environment
• Provide timely and ongoing feedback on healthcare professional's progress
• Complete computerized documentation associated with teaching duties
• Accomplish department objectives through creation and use of customer service practices

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in English Literature or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience teaching English online or live classes
• Experience managing, motivating and leading people

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of learner-centered or communicative language teaching methods
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in language teaching methodology
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Effective presentation and teaching skills
• Knowledge in lesson planning and modules preparation
• Knowledge of IELTS and related exams

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
