• Seeking Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an exciting and autonomous family practice/primary care practice
• Full time position with competitive pay and generous benefits
• Monday-Friday- 7am-3:30pm

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to all ages
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Provide preventive and wellness services
• Offer wellness screening and health coaching
• Assist with patient education opportunities
• Offer occupational health services - Drug Screens, Vision Screens, On the job injury screening

Required Qualifications:

• Tennessee NP or PA licensure
• Board Certified FNP/PA

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year FNP/PA experience
• Occupational health experience
