24-30 hours a week that once trained can be flexible to some degree, all in house. This is a pretty technical bookkeeping job for a restaurant business, building and the holding companies that manage both entities. There is also a real estate company to run. We run quick books, do our own payroll and manage the Point of sale system with numerous cost control measures such as weekly inventory, weekly P and L, weekly menu engineering cost analysis, labor costing and scheduling and other systems for controlling costs. Daily deposits, accounts payable, receivable and other normal bookkeeping related to trial balance are part of the job. Angelo's is a hectic place, the phone rings constantly, people come in and out of the office and the job is filled with the hustle and bustle. This is a job that requires an experienced bookkeeper or accountant type of person who does not want full time and needs some flexibilty in scheduling.
