Allegheny Coatings and Assured Testing are currently looking for an IT Administrator in Ridgway, PA.

The IST Administrator is responsible for administering security, operation, and maintenance functions for all information systems and personnel at all facilities and locations.

Responsibilities:
1) Help Desk Administrator

• Service Help Desk requests
• Respond to internal Help Desk requests
• Monitor and maintain the “IST@” email addresses

2) Work with IST Manager to ensure alignment of information systems and all company needs, at all facilities

• Security Systems and hardware (including FOB systems and Firewalls)
• Database Management and development
• External and Internal Network Management

3) Information Systems & Technology Hardware Preventative Maintenance and Servicing

• Monitor system hardware and performance to ensure that all hardware is sufficient, functional, and compatible with system performance demands
• Oversee new hardware updates and installation projects
• Recommend new hardware technology and upgrades

4) Information Systems & Technology Software PM and Servicing

• Monitor system software and performance to ensure that all software is up-to-date and compatible with hardware
• Oversee new software updates and installation projects
• Recommend new software and related initiatives
• Develop expertise in software to support current internal Database Systems

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline
• Basic knowledge in database software and management or related database systems (MS Access)
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in computer networking
• Proficient in Google Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
