Job Description

Our Inside Sales Representatives receive thorough training on selling Rutland Turfcare services, primarily outdoor pest control, lawn care services, as well as seasonal upsells from leaders who have a track record of proven success and staggering growth. With a commitment to exponential expansion, exceptional performance will be rewarded with greater responsibilities and a greater capacity to impact others for good, as well as increased potential earnings for full time employees as we grow this division of Rutland Nurseries

Inside Sales Representative Core Responsibilities:

• Engage, consult, and close organically-generated as well as company provided inbound/outbound leads on the benefits of the various services Rutland Turfcare provides.
• Follow up with current and former customers to sell new and additional services.
• Drive on-going market growth by moving prospects through the sales process with the intent of closing each prospect.
• Collaborate with inside sales associate team members and sales manager to ensure each prospect is taken care of and that no leads are lost.
• Increase inside sales skills and experience through attending group and individual sales trainings led by leaders with a proven track record.

Qualifications

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Previous lawncare sales experience is needed and a strong desire to work in sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to learn and develop inside sales techniques and surpass expectations.
• Ambition to grow and progress in both current and future roles within the organization.
• Self-motivated and demonstrates a high level of work ethic.
• Possesses a high degree of professionalism and poise in interactions with prospects and customers.
• A strong passion to live company-wide culture of integrity, accountability, growth and excellence

Additional Information

Compensation

• Inside Sales Representatives receive a base pay + commission.
• Base Pay commensurate with experience but will range from $600 to $900 a week
• You will earn an upfront commission of 3% on all sales closed and audited
• You will also earn a backend commission with an additional 3% once the application is completed and payment receive by us
• Blue Cross/Blue Shield Health Benefits provided by the company. Eligible after initial 90- day period
• 1 week paid vacation with the potential to earn up to 2 weeks paid vacation depending on length of time with company
• IRA Retirement savings is also available
