Complete Integrative Care is currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for our out-patient Clinic. Experience in primary care/family practice with an open mind to and interest or experience in opportunities for education in integrative or functional medicine. Alternative pain management practices (i.e..., cortisone injections, prolotherapy, PRP, Synvisc, etc.) preferred however not mandatory. This is a Full-Time (32 patient hours per week) position with very competitive compensation and benefits and future growth opportunities working with some of the most established clinicians in the area. Complete Care Health Centers currently have clinics in the communities of Medford and Eagle Point, Oregon offering primary care, multi-specialty care, health coaches, chiropractic, physical therapy, and medical massage.

Education: Masters degree, RN licensure and family nurse practitioner licensure.

License/Certification: Active, full, and unrestrictive FNP license by the Oregon Board of Nursing; Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from American Heart Association; Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; NP shall also meet all qualifications for professional malpractice and other liability coverage. Active NPI report and DEA license required.
