Intern/Jr. Architect

Looking for competent, experienced architect or architect in training to help design, create, and manage roofing and architecture projects. Will help provide oversight of projects through construction, including document and contract administration.

Must be able to work in Revit to complete a full set of documents. Be able to take direction from senior architect and coordinate with consultants. Able to manage and oversee the work of Revit technicians.

Have knowledge and experience with compiling specifications.

Understand construction costs and the factors that influence the building process.

Able to communicate thoughts and ideas clearly in a written and graphic format.

Experience with Microsoft Office software

Willing to learn from mistakes, and not afraid of making them.

Looking for someone who is self-motivating and a good self-starter. Willing to step back from a problem, reimagine the possibilities and ask, “why not?”

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
