Smadatek provides all of this to help you Provide Basic Service Desk Support, Including:

• New computer deployments
• Manage user and computer accounts in Active Directory (AD), Office 365, and Azure
• Manage software licensing
• Receive telephone calls and emails from users with computer related hardware and software problems or how-to inquiries
• Determine the nature of the problem; root cause; provide basic troubleshooting
• Document support responses in smadatek’s user friendly ticketing system
• Escalate problems in accordance with defined smadatek procedures
• Assist clients with problem solving steps
• Communicate effectively and efficiently for useful status updates internally and externally

QUALIFICATIONS

• Coachability and a willingness to learn and be better every day
• Passion for helping people solve IT related problems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
