The ideal candidate will be culinary minded with culinary operational skills, have a passion for food and craft beer, positive, team inspired attitude, and ability to be self motivated while following company guidelines. Experience in the kitchen is preferred although we will train anyone with the right attitude. Nights & weekend(s) availability are mandatory.
