This position will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent.

Ability to convey professional demeanor and sound judgment in dealing with patients care, protection of patient privacy, and confidentiality.

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed as an RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and CPR certified.
