The Maintenance & Engineering Manager will report to the VP of Manufacturing and support three small manufacturing facilities in the local VA market The Maintenance & Engineering Manager will have multiple direct report and indirect reports and will be responsible for Maintenance, Reliability and Project Engineering within the facility.

Candidate Qualifications

The candidate must have the ability to lead and develop future leaders. Additional qualifications include:

• Prior experience managing a Maintenance Team
• Ability to manage a budget
• Background in Reliability Programs
• Preventative Maintenance and Troubleshooting background along with maintaining inventory systems
• Knowledge of Maintenance, Quality and Planning
• Ability to make data-based decisions using the Lean/Six Sigma Methodology
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Passion and sense of urgency
• Strong leadership skills
• Prior experience working within Manufacturing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Able to work within the United States

Compensation

· $125K - $140K Base Salary

· Total compensation $135K - $160K
