Job Summary:

The Manager of Infusion Operations will oversee the day-to-day aspects regarding the addition and start-up of new clinical locations to Allied Digestive Health.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which each new location will be measured to ensure it meets the company guidelines; identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Reviews, analyzes, evaluates, and establishes the business procedures for the successful launch for each new location.
• Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts equipment, supplies, staffing, drug contracting, and project timeline requirements for each new location to achieve operational excellence.
• Communicates with executive management to ensure they are aware of project timelines, any potential shortfalls pending and any suggested changes that may be needed to be implemented for future locations.
• Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations, (both clinical and administrative), finance, technology, and customer service departments as well as outside vendors to produce smooth workflow and more cost-effective business processes for future locations.
• Directs all new construction projects for new locations, including site coordination, contractor selection, and all related functions to project finalization.
• Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, patients, vendors, and community.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in all aspects of a medical practice.
• Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare related degree required.
• Extensive and diversified background with at least 5 years of related experience in medical operations, preferably working with infusion therapy.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional medical office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This job typically requires a Monday through Friday schedule although the schedule may vary depending upon the needs of the organization.
