POSITION SUMMARY:

Under general direction, the Marketing Communication Associate assists in content development and creation and/or updates to GP: 50’s social media platforms (FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google Business, Blogs etc.) and contributing to development of marketing campaigns for corporate advertising. Also assists Web Master with web site content. Responsible for all aspects of trade show promotion and logistics.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage all aspects of Trade show logistics to include ordering of booth needs/contents and setup & tear down of booth materials in house and at trade shows.

2. Ensures all Exhibition materials are assembled and complete and the shipping crate properly packed for each show.

3. Assists with researching, identifying, scheduling, and implementing marketing campaign concepts and development/creation of content updates for social media platforms.

4. Assist with designs and updates to sales literature.

5. Contributes content to company website i.e., press releases, corp. news and updates.

6. Track and manage analytics reporting for all websites and social media.

7. Attend and assist in both duties at various trade shows as assigned.

8. Assists with related marketing activities as assigned.

9. Takes direction and instruction from senior marketing staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and or Graphic Design or advanced training.

SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:

1. Administrative skills: adaptability, people skills, and organizational skills.

2. Knowledge of Adobe CC Suite including Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign. Illustrator and Premiere Pro a plus.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office products—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

4. Ability to perform monthly data analysis and to develop and maintain analytics reports for all social media platforms using Google Analytics (GAU, GA4 a plus) and Google Search Console.

5. Assists in development and implementation of annual marketing goals and campaigns.

6. Knowledge of web content maintenance. Knowledge of WordPress and web design and development a plus, but not required.

7. Manages all social media content creation such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Google Business.

8. Experience with photography/videography and photo/video editing helpful, but not required.
