General Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing collateral and small merchandise inventory management
• Coordinates all merchandise UPS/Fedex shipments for small items shipped out of the Lake City office
• Social media marketing including engagement
• Assist the Marketing Director or Agency with SEO and website maintenance
• Trademark management
• Assist the Marketing Director or Agency with budget management and reporting
• Review and maintain website automations
• Solicit reviews and testimonials from customers
• Helps to file and organize documentation, keeping files up to date and managing version control
• Help develop internal processes for enhanced efficiency
• Manages trade shows activity (registration, planning, set-up, coordinating supply shipments)
• Analyzing data and updates for Ad Account Optimization
• Handle live chat inquiries from the website in a timely manner.

Education, Experience and Personal Attributes:

• Must have excellent time management and project prioritization skills
• Must be self-driven and extremely resourceful
• Must have excellent copywriting, proofreading and editing ability
• Must have some knowledge of social media marketing, SEO and website maintenance
• Must be able to embrace change and remain flexible as business needs change
• Must be willing to do tasks from the mundane to the more challenging
• Great problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google products and WordPress
• Knowledge of trademarks and copyrights
• Event management/trade show experience (organizing and working trade shows) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience with digital ad platforms
• Bilingual

Travel:

• Must have a car and safe driving record to support local travel needs, mileage to be reimbursed
• Some travel may be required, but currently will not exceed 5%

Location:

• Candidates will need to be located near our office in Lake City, Fl.

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires sitting, standing and using office equipment, including telephones and computers and may also require some light lifting of files and materials
• This position may also involve some repetitive motions of the hands, wrists, and elbows
• This position will require driving and climbing stairs

Working Conditions:

• This position is normally performed in an office or jobsite office work environment
• Local travel for running errands will also be required depending on the office needs
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet
• This position may require a flexible schedule, periodic overtime, and overnight travel as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
