Regenerative medicine clinic seeking a medical assistant/phlebotomist for private orthopedic practice.
We need a responsible, reliable employee that can wear many hats and have fun at the same time!
Must be able to multi task, transcribe clinic notes, assist doc with procedures, proficient in blood draws, and operate centrifuge equipment and an ultrasound machine (on job training). Assistant must be willing and enthusiastic about learning new and leading edge techniques in regenerative medicine (PRP, Orthobiologic methods, stem cell applications and more). This job requires good communication skills with staff, and patients, and the capability to educate patients in a clear and concise manner.

This job is most suited for someone in the medical field, or trying to further their medical education/training (nursing, med tech, etc). A person that is taking online classes and/or supplementing with another job. This job is part-time, approx. 10-16 hours per week. Work hours are 10:30-5:00. Monday, Wednesday and sometimes Friday.

Medical Reception responsibilities include checking clients in and out, scheduling and confirming appointments. Answering phone calls, questions, organizing and filing, creating documents and spreadsheets Knowledge of HP Computer, Quickbooks, Word and Creating spreadsheet skills are a must.
