A rapidly growing company in Buffalo is looking for a .NET Web Developer to add to their staff. The successful individual will have worked in a full SDLC environment and will have developed systems from the ground up, and will have improved the functionality of existing systems. Specifications will often come from verbal requirements and loosely defined ideas and needs. Internal and external customer needs will be analyzed and documented in order to develop solutions accordingly. The successful candidate will be required to quickly read and understand existing system functionality in order to troubleshoot and enhance current portal functionality. Additionally, new modules must be designed and built in a timely and accurate manner. Strong MS SQL Server 2003/2005 database design and schema work along with solid ASP.NET / C# and in-depth CSS knowledge is required. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to talk technically to non-technical people are required. The environment is creative and flexible with an eye toward achievement. The group is made up of well educated, accomplished entrepreneurs dedicated to the mission. A committed, autonomous and resourceful developer is needed to fill this role.
