Job Overview

As a key member of CoachComm, LLC, this position is responsible for all aspects of network administration including servers, desktop systems, communications hardware/software, phone system, and office systems. This position reports to the IT Manager.

Job Summary

• Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, information, and security requirements; also handles router administration including interface configuration and routing protocols.

• Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring, analysis and performance tuning; troubleshoots network problems and escalates problems to vendors as needed. Plans and executes the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defines network policies and procedures; establishes connections and firewalls.
• Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation.
• Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Provides primary and secondary support for PC’s, printers, copy machines, etc. – acts as a resource for the PC Technician in the secondary support role.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple issues without losing composure.
• Good Organizational skills to handle multiple on-going projects;
• Experience supporting the following:
• Computer hardware and software;
• Windows servers in a networked environment;
• Microsoft Exchange;
• Remote access for users;
• 250+ node network including firewalls;
• Networked printers and photocopiers;
• Current communications devices and protocols.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.
• Network+ certification or better preferred.
• Minimum 3 years Network Administrator experience.
• Must be able to pass drug test and MVR check.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,160.93 - $72,907.25 per year
