Certified Hand Therapist/Occupational Therapist

$8,500 Sign-On Bonus.


Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS)
has an immediate opening for a full-time Hand Therapist at our thriving Covington clinic. The ideal candidate will be an Occupational or Physical Therapist with post-surgical care experience who has obtained their CHT certification or is actively obtaining certification.

At OSS, we provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Massage Therapy, and we treat one patient at a time, all the time; we do not double book appointments, and we do not use aides to treat patients. The patients are our priority, and our one-on-one approach gives our therapists the best chance to get them well. Our priorities are also reflected in our exceptional learning environment. Our mentorship, residency program, and other continuing education opportunities set us apart.

Hours are 4x10 Tues-Friday with Mondays off but can be flexible for the right candidate.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Occupational or Physical Therapy from an accredited university
  • Experience in Hand Therapy, CHT certification preferred
  • Current Washington State Occupational or Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status)
  • Current CPR certification

  • OSS requires that all healthcare employees are fully vaccinated and boosted (if eligible) against COVID-19 as of January 21, 2022. Therefore, proof of vaccination is a condition of employment at Olympic Sports & Spine.
