Our Mission

810 MS Center is dedicated to improving the length, quality of life and function of those with MS. Our primary focus as a collective and multidisciplinary team, is to keep our patients out of the hospital and living safely in their communities. We do this by practicing evidence-based-rehabilitative-medicine with emphasis on restoring function and prevention. We do not allow 3rd party payers to dictate our care. We do not prematurely discharge our patients if we feel they will simply decline after skilled intervention has stopped.

About this Job

This is a great opportunity to work in the outpatient setting while cotreating with other occupational and physical therapists! We also collaborate with our speech therapists. We are currently looking for a per diem occupational therapist to join our team.

• Brand new facility, huge treatment floor, state-of-the-art-equipment.
• Highly motivated patient population.
• Per diem rate is $50-$55/hr.

Job Description:

• Occupational therapist plan of care focuses on fine motor training, gross motor strengthening, fall prevention, hand-eye-coordination, patient education, ADL's training, brace recommendation and stretching.
• Document patient care as well as progressions and adjust treatments based on clinical presentation.
• Occupational therapists all work together at TRF; we co-treat on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

• Outpatient experience as a licensed OT or outpatient exposure during clinical affiliations required.
• Work ethic and professionalism are important qualities in our physical therapists.
• Friendly, compassionate and team oriented.
• There is a detailed and planned onboarding process for new grads as well as new hires.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
