Pipping Concrete is looking for a Full Time Office Manager. Pipping Concrete was founded in 1985 and is the nation’s leader in agricultural concrete. Projects are both local and throughout the United States. Responsibilities include Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, general Human Resources, general Project Management and Office Administration. Experience with QuickBooks Accounting Software preferred. Responsibilities

Payroll

• Maintains accurate employee timesheets with ExakTime Software
• Processes bi-weekly payroll, payroll taxes and 401k payments

Accounts Receivable

• Creates and submits customer invoices
• Prepares and posts customer payments
• Maintains and updates customer information

Accounts Payable

• Posts invoices to correct chart of accounts
• Processes vendor payments
• Maintains and updates vendor information

Human Resources

• Posts new job listings
• Processes new hire paperwork
• Enrolls employees in 401k and health insurance

Project Management

• Reserves hotel rooms for employees
• Rents portable toilet for jobsites
• Prepares job folders for each project
• Compiles project completion booklets

Office Administration

• Answers phones
• Distributes mail
• Orders office supplies
• Social Media Posts

Position Requirements

• Thorough understanding of bookkeeping practices and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with QuickBooks accounting software

Education and Experience

• An Associate’s degree in a related field and/or at least two years related experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
