Trophy Well Service is a startup plugging and workover oilfield service company that will operate 2+ workover rigs in the South East Gulf Coast. They are seeking a Operations Superintendent to help start the business. This role will be the field leader for the company, and will help build the operations.

The 'home' location will be flexible, but the business will target work in Louisiana, SE Texas, and surrounding areas. The work schedule will be weekdays, daylight only.

Compensation will reflect the critical nature of this role to the business's success, and will include equity in the company.

At a minimum, candidates should have 3+ years as a toolpusher, and have experience with below:

• Repairing and maintaining workover rigs, pumps, vehicles, etc
• Managing staff - hiring, training and firing
• Interfacing with customers
• Managing Safety programs and leading safety culture by example
• Have a CDL or be willing to get one
• Managing DOT Fleet
• Writing report and emails on a computer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
