Canyon Manor's 89 bed locked psychiatric facility is a highly recognized center serving chronically mentally ill adults. We are nestled in the Marin County hills just a short drive from San Francisco/Oakland/Santa Rosa/Petaluma. We are seeking a 24 hour/week Payroll/HR Administrator to oversees the administration of payroll and human resources policies.

This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Payroll Administration including experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), benefits administration, recruitment, workers compensation, safety, and onboarding.

Skills required:

Previous experience administering a shift payroll involving per diems, shift differentials, 3 shifts, etc...

Understands and is able to apply parameters of labor issues including FMLA,CFRA, PDL, SDI, ADA, HIPAA

Working knowledge of HRMS systems and programs.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Kronos or similar timekeeping system, ADP or similar payroll system, and other HRIS.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour
