Job Description:

As our Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' employees are paid accurately and on time. You'll work with a team of like-minded individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality services. Responsibilities:

-Process payroll accurately and timely for clients

-Ensure compliance with state and federal tax regulations

-Perform payroll reconciliations and adjustments as necessary

-Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner

-Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans for clients

-Coordinate with clients' HR teams to ensure accurate employee data and records

-Prepare reports as required by management and government agencies

-Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Recommended)

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and administration

-Strong knowledge of state and federal payroll laws and regulations

-Experience with Quickbooks or similar payroll software

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
