Job Summary:

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy program required
• Master's Degree preferred
• 6 months of experience preferred
• MI Physical Therapist License required
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days
