Plant Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall plant operations
• Monitor production schedules
• Maintain accurate customer requirement schedules
• Maintain good working relationships with all customer contacts
• Insure that shipping schedules are being met
• Monitor inventory levels as well as maintaining proper bill of materials
• Troubleshooting
• Maintain production efficiencies at an acceptable level throughout the company
• Review daily efficiency for the all departments
• Ensure a clean and healthy work environment
• Be capable of gathering all of the necessary information to make informed decisions

Plant Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, with 5+ years in a Plant Leadership role
• Automotive experience
• Metals manufacturing environment
• Union experience
• Strong oral communication skills

Our client is located near Wauseon, OH and is seeking local/commutable candidates. There is no relocation offered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
