Primary Spine Care Physician

Position Description:

Proliance Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine is seeking a Primary Spine Care Physician who has an active interest in SRD’s-spinal related disorders, including back pain, neck pain, radiculopathy, and other symptoms directly related to the spine. Primary responsibility is to triage, diagnosis and treat patients with spinal related disorders within our well established Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal Team.

Proliance Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is a well-established group of twenty one board certified and fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeons, advanced practice practitioners, physical & occupational therapists, athletic trainers, with onsite 3 T MRI & CT Scanner and ambulatory surgery center. Our group has three practice site locations in the following affluent Seattle suburbs: Issaquah, Bellevue, and Redmond.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must. We prefer physicians who have an active interest in spinal related disorders and who possess the ability to apply evidence-based procedures, appropriately educate and motivate patients and effectively prevent and manage disability related to spinal related disorders.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Diagnosis and treat patient with spinal related disorders
• Communicate information to patients regarding the diagnosis and treatment goals
• Maintain patient medical records
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals
• See and average of 24 patients/day

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

Pay: $180,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
