Job Summary

International Underwriting Agency is seeking a entry position for those who is considering Insurance as their career path. Entry position consists of clerical, data entry and customer service. From the entry position, there are several different promotional opportunities as well as different divisions to venture out in the brokerage. Company sponsors education and licensing required for the industry.

Responsibilities

• Understand the different types of insurance products and documents to service customers.
• Developing relationships with the customers to service their needs on daily basis.
• Developing good relationship with the company staff to be able to work as a team.
• Being able to receive and respond to customers need and developing solutions.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Skill to assess the problem/issues and develop resolutions.
• Strong organization skills for scheduling daily schedules.
• Strong punctuality.
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently as wells in a group.
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
• Having strong manners to others.

• NY P&C license is a plus.
