The Opportunity:: What You'll Do at Enel::

• Collect, aggerate and analyze customer needs and market requirements, by creating Marketing Requirement Documents (MRDs) which are aligned with business strategy and goals.
• Manage product marketing launch plans with strong program management and work across local and global teams including product, marketing, sales, customer services and supply chain management.
• Support product pricing competitive research, updates and management of Salesforce Price List.
• Create and manage internal competitive analyses, matrices, battle cards, and product trainings for the sales, field services and customer service teams.
• Manage primary market research projects (focus groups, customer surveys), analyze secondary market research data (access and summarize reports from BNEF, Guidehouse, etc..) and share market insights with internal stakeholders.

• Analyze customer survey data and focus groups for actionable insights to improve customer journey and product experiences and inputs for product and engineering teams.
• Manage external product marketing resources including product brochures, data sheets, web pages, webinars, demos, slides, comparisons, etc.
• Manage customer white-labeling and co-branding projects.
• Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging frameworks and create a compelling narrative for Enel X Way solutions.
• Build customer personas and articulate their key pain points, behaviors, motivations, and needs.

• Define product marketing strategies to drive revenue and customer lifetime value.

What You've Accomplished::

• Product marketing experience for clean technology solutions
• 5+ years as product, product marketing manager, or sales engineering experience
• Experience in the energy industry
• BA or BS degree in marketing, engineering or sustainability

• Excellent writing skills
• Detailed-oriented
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a complex matrix organization
• Analytical mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
• Positive and solutions-focused mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Masters in Marketing, MBA or related advanced degree
• Direct experience in similar role preferred
• Experience in the EV and/or EV charging industry
• Experience working with Salesforce
