We are looking for a motivated and accomplished Project Coordinator to support our Chief Insurance Officer. As a Project Coordinator you will streamline the delivery of services and solutions and have a passion for delivering world class client service to ensure success on all fronts. You will work to understand the opportunities and challenges of each project, organize scattered information into a concise and complete message, document and communicate to every team member. You are excited to be instrumental in Sure’s expansion across the insurance industry.
What you'll be doing:
- You’ll maintain and manage project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
- You'll monitor project progress, proactively performing frontline, tactical activities as needed to mitigate risks and resolve issues, keeping projects on track for successful completion.
- You’ll ensure all project deadlines are met and within scope and help remove any blockers
- You’ll proactively document and communicate activities and results both internally and externally
- You’ll think critically and have the ability to take on key projects
What you bring:
- 3-5+ years experience in a Project or Program coordinator role
- CMP Certification is highly desired.
- Experience managing projects in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a precise attention to detail
- A proactive mindset; you are a self-starter who takes initiative and dives right in!
- Strong critical thinking - when faced with problems, you lead with solutions
- As a natural collaborator, you bring people together
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
