AMM Incorporated has an opening for a Project Engineer.

A strong candidate will have skillsets in custom equipment design, research & development, machine tool, and fabrication principles. This engineering position works directly with employees, customers, vendors, and company management.

AMM Incorporated is a trusted provider of engineering, machining, fabrication, and waterjet/laser cutting services. With over three decades in business, we are well established making quality parts and equipment. Our primary products are in the stainless steel food processing equipment industry.

Responsibilities

• Work with customer’s input from project start to finish
• Quote projects based on information available
• Seek technical opinion from others as needed
• Follow standard engineering and project management practices
• Verify quality of product meets company standards
• Work well with others and build business relationships

Background & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred
• Experience in manufacturing and machining practices preferred
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, preferably with Fusion 360
• Strong communication and networking skills with all parties included
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Customer driven with a positive, professional, customer first attitude
• Multi-task organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong deductive, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Pay: $58,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
