Crabtree Construction Company is searching for a project manager that has experience in commercial construction. Candidate will need excellent communication and organizational skills.

Crabtree Construction Company is a general contracting firm in Jacksonville, FL with a primary focus in the medical field. CCC also completes retail, light industrial, and all other commercial construction projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee project from procurement through close out
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders
• Maintain construction schedule
• Monitor costs, prepare job cost projections, and ensure profitability
• Maintain change order request log and control changes
• Review and maintain log of submittals and shop drawings
• Manage project superintendent and subcontractors
• Attend and conduct regular scheduled meetings with owner and/or architect

Required work experience:

• Project manager 1 year (preferred)
• Assistant project manager 3 years
• Medical construction experience (preferred)
