Job Summary:
The Moser Energy Systems Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing Moser projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
Education/ Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or another related field is required.
• 5-8 years of project management and related work experience is required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Supervisor:
Director, Quality unless otherwise designated.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Track project costs to meet budget.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensures design and performance specifications compliance by reviewing and testing the designed systems.
• Know and comply with all safety policies, standards, and procedures that apply to your job.
• Use the correct tools and use them safely.
• Immediately report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to your supervisor.
• Abide by all policies and procedures established by Moser Energy Systems.
• Assist with any task required by the direct supervisor.
• Actively participate in all required training and safety meetings.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

• Advanced in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel or related software.
• Must treat everyone equally with respect and dignity.
• Pass a drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit and/ or stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be able to interact with people and technology while either standing or sitting.
• To best service our customers, all employees must be able to communicate face-to-face and on the phone with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks such as typing.
