Floyd's Truck Center / Floyd's Kubota in Belgrade, MT is currently seeking a Receptionist with excellent customer service skills to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store

• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department

• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance with customer inquiries

• Accurately process cash, check, and credit card transactions

• Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring merchandise is priced accurately

• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed

• Keep the store clean and organized

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role

• Cash handling experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
