- Position OverviewThis position assumes responsibility and accountability for patient care outcomes by utilizing the nursing process, prescribing, delegating & coordinating direct and indirect nursing care to patients.
- Education/Knowledge Requirements
- RN licensure is required, issued by the PA State Board of Nursing.
- PALS/ACLS preferred
- Satisfactory completion of critical care education. (See Administrative Policy #7060 - Guidelines for Critical Care Education) preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- CPR Certification
- Ability to maintain/update the computer competencies as required for the position
- One (1) year of medical/surgical experience
- IV Therapy
