Schierl Tire and Service Center at 1002 S 8th Street, Medford, WI operates a state of the art Automotive Service Center and is looking for top talent to take on the role of Sales and Customer Service. This job is full-time, Monday-Friday, No Weekends! We provide an excellent benefit package including PTO, paid holidays, insurance and many other perks.
What you will do and what you need:
- Provide exceptional Customer (Guest) service and sales experiences that are second to none, including sales of all products and services for autos, light trucks, commercial trucks, and farm equipment.
- Dispatch calls for on-the-road service by our Commercial and Farm Technicians.
- Assist and consult with Customers (Guests) on tire purchases and vehicle service needs, and schedule appointments
- This position requires a valid driver’s license accompanied by a good driving record.
- As an ideal candidate, you will be an energetic Team player, willing to participate in ongoing automotive sales education
- Strong communication skills are a must!
Prior retail experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus! Previous experience providing exceptional Customer (Guest) service is required.
