Summary/Objective:

Identify and win new business from new and existing customers to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

2. Intelligently and fearlessly prospect for new business, utilizing marketing leads, sales tools and other sources.

3. Deliver opportunities for new revenue growth, utilizing technical assistance from the engineering staff.

4. Drive revenue growth with manufacturers’ representatives.

5. Engage with customers to understand their project requirements and allow our team to deliver solutions that will exceed expectations.

6. Collaborate with other PSIMP Sales Managers on cross-regional opportunities.

7. Clearly communicate customer needs and requirements across the organization.

8. Maintain and manage CRM data for accuracy, quote status and timely pipeline reporting.

9. Support and attend marketing events, as scheduled.

10. Ensure acceptable margins across assigned customer portfolio.

11. Work cross functionally to drive sales initiatives.

12. Review contracts, pricing and negotiate solution(s) with customers.

13. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key contacts throughout all levels of their organization.

14. Lead and manage quote process from RFQ through NPL.

Qualifications:

Education and experience required for the role.

1. 5 years of B2B selling highly engineered components into OEM’s.

2. Injection molding experience is preferred.

3. Experience managing manufacturing representatives

4. Strong ‘presence’ with customers in person and/or on the phone.

5. Strong written, presenting and verbal communication skills

6. Must be comfortable delivering technical presentations to audiences of all levels, utilizing PowerPoint and other multi-media tools.

7. Possess a desire to create winning solutions for customers and be a customer advocate

8. Ability to successfully negotiate contract terms and pricing

9. Collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally

10. A drive to win while upholding high ethical standards

11. Experience with CRM and ERP systems.

12. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

13. Well organized and goal oriented.

14. Experience in plastic injection molding is a plus, but not required.

15. Must be able to travel more than 50%.

16. Position requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Supervisor Responsibilities:

This position has no direct reports.

Working Conditions:

· Primarily working indoors, office environment.

· May sit for several hours at a time.

· Prolonged exposure to computer screens.

· Repetitive use of hands to operate computer, printers and copiers.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. The team member is frequently required to walk and sit. The team member is occasionally required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch, and taste or smell. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
